On Wednesday, March 29th, one of our fundraisers is going to win 2 return tickets to any Air Canada destination in North America (including Hawaii, Mexico, and the Caribbean) courtesy of Air Canada!  For every extra $50 you raise, you’ll receive another ballot and you can double your ballots by raising money on-line. And there are other great Raise & Win prizes.

Successful Personal Fundraising

  • Pledge yourself first and then ask your friends to match your donation

  • Don’t like asking people for money? Sell Bowl for Kids Sake Raffle tickets (we provide)
  • Sign up for On-Line Fundraising and then email! post! tweet!
  • Don't wait!  Start fundraising early
  • Brag about your success - you are helping kids gain the confidence to achieve more!

Easy Work Fundraisers

  • Ask your employer to match your team’s contribution or to pledge your team (we’ll provide the tax receipt)
  • Provide a prize for your top fundraiser like a paid day off or lunch with the boss
  • Tell us about your fundraising activities so that we can help promote them
  • Set up a smoothie stand
  • Donate Casual Day funds to your team
  • Set up an Eco fine jar (employees pay fines for lapses like leaving the lights on, etc)
  • Put a piggy bank for loose change at your front desk
  • Create a little competition by challenging another business
  • Auction a Manager job-swap opportunity (could be for half day/full day)
  • Set up a company etiquette jar – offenders pay between $1 and $5 for crimes like being late for work, answering cell phones in meeting, etc
  • Drink the company coffee – challenge everyone to drink coffee at work and donate what they would have spent on fancier coffee (or tea)
  • Hold a bake sale or bake off
  • Hold a boss challenge - if team reaches goal, boss must do something fun
  • Clean out the corporate closet - sell excess inventory and unused items
  • Host a lunch or breakfast for your office
  • Auction or raffle work perks like a day off with pay, be the boss for half a day, best parking spot, etc

  • Sell Candygrams for Valentine's Day
  • Host a pancake breakfast, ice cream social or hot lunch
  • Hold a baby picture contest - Post baby pictures of someone at work. Participants pay to guess and whoever guesses wins a small prize or perk at work
