Grab your parrot, don your eye patch and lace up your bowling shoes, we’re celebrating Bowl for Kids Sake with a pirate theme!

Business people, community groups, and individuals are encouraged to put together a team of swashbuckling fundraisers-cum-bowlers to help fill the Big Brothers Big Sisters PEI treasure chest with enough funds to carry on matching children across PEI with Mentors.

Bowl for Kids Sake 2008 (BFKS) takes place March 8th & 9th at eight bowling alleys across PEI. If this weekend does not work for you we can arrange an alternate time for your team or office to bowl. If bowling is not your thing let us know what type of activity you would like to do instead!

How to Register?

Register to BFKS by calling 902-569-KIDS or 1-877-411-3729. Download our registration form and fax to (902-892-5593) or email your team list to info@bbbspei.ca.

The sooner you register, the sooner you can start working towards your team fundraising goal. Encourage every bowler on your team to raise a minimum of $100 to qualify for prizes and recognition on the lanes!

A BFKS Assistant will support your team by supplying you with pledge sheets, raffle tickets, and help you sign up for Online Pledging!

Online pledging SAVES YOU TIME and you’ll SAVE Big Brothers Big Sisters MONEY (on paper, envelopes and stamps) which will allow more money to go to the programs.

Funds raised helps Big Brothers Big Sisters PEI to recruit volunteers, screen applicants, and host events for our Mentors and children. It is through Bowl for Kids Sake that our Agency is able to help more Island children find a fulfilling, life-changing friendship with a caring Mentor.
